Animated stories
that make learning
funfor kids and caregivers!

TO OUR FUTURE PARTNERS!
LeapForLearning was established in January 2021 in Oakland, California as a unique children’s book company whose vision is to make learning fun for kids ages 2-7 and their caregivers. Our mission is to promote learning through digital animated story telling.
LeapForLearning books have several special features detailed below.
For children, each interesting and relatable storybook contains a QR code giving access to a special animated digital version of the story which can be watched again and again. This lively component keeps children engaged so that they can eventually learn to read the words of the story on their own.

As an added bonus, there are animated versions translated into several different languages: ASL, Spanish, French, Simplified Chinese and Hindi. Being able to listen to the story read in multiple languages allows children to be exposed to different cultures which promotes diversity, understanding and inclusion as well as foreign language acquisition.

In addition, LeapforLearning stories address a myriad of social, emotional and learning differences that today’s children may experience. For teachers, parents and other caregivers, each book offers a specific tip or tool useful in supporting children with the issue or challenge presented in the story. LFL partners with Early Childhood Educational Consultants, Doctors and Therapists to provide accurate information, supported by research.

Finally, LeapForLearning storybooks represent a vibrant and diverse community. Each relatable character will have an entire book series of their own, so that over time children will create bonds with these characters, promoting a deeper love for books and reading. The characters’ families have varied cultural and social dynamics so that every child will most likely be able to ‘see themselves’ in at least one of the story series, promoting self confidence and pride as well as understanding and compassion for others.
